We are thankful to FOX 21 for choosing our group to conduct this investigation. As well, thank you to the owner ad employees of Rockledge Ranch, especially Christina for staying with us all night long.
Downstairs the team is talking furhter away in the entrance of the house, but a recorder was set up and going in the foyer. You'll be able to hear someone whisper, "Why?"
Thirty three seconds after the last EVP, you'll hear the only man in the house talking, he was the camera man for FOX 21, Will had yet to arrive on scene. But while he is talking, you can hear a man laugh about two seconds into this recording.
You will clearly a woman say, "I am so cold." Masandra was sitting in the foyer and she heard it from the dining room, where there wasn't anyone around. When asked if anyone on the team had mentioned that, no investigator had.

In the sunroom now, you will hear a whispering just before Masandra says, "K2 meter." But, again, we do not know what it says. Let us know what you think!
Our K2 meter went off as it was sitting on the center of the floor between the investigators.
There are knocks in response to the investigator's questions.
Masandra asks if the spirit who had been setting off their equipment would like to come and sit next to her, you'll clearly be able to hear the answer.
