Legal Terms and Conditions of Purchase

You, the signer, assume full responsibility for the risk of personal/spiritual/mental injury, death and property damage due to the negligence and/or fault of the parties released by this document, and/or condition of the premises is present at the signing of this agreement or takes place in the future.

On your own behalf and on behalf of your heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, you hereby release P.U.R.E. Paranormal, and all of their officers, directors, members, managers, partners, employees, founders and volunteers (collectively, "the parties released by this document") from all claims, demands, actions, rights of action, or other legal rights to claim compensation for any loss or injury which you may sustain as a result of their negligence or fault, or the condition of the premises, or any other cause whatsoever, whether loss or injury occurs while participating in, going to, or coming from such activity. However, this waiver and release does not apply to gross negligence or international torts by the parties released by this document.

Further, you agree to indemnify and hold all parties released by this document harmless from any such claims or demands.

If you break or damage any property on the premises, you accept sole responsibility and it is not the responsibility of the parties released by this document to be held accountable for. If you break something on the property you accept that you will have to fix it, pay for the damage and/or replace it. It is not the responsibility of PURE Paranormal to pay for your damage but solely your own.

You expressly agree that this waiver and release agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the Laws of the State of Colorado and of any other state wherein such activities may occur, and that if any portion hereof is held invalid, the remainder hereof shall continue in full force and effect.

This agreement contains and embodies the entire agreement and understandings between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof.

You agree that when coming to the tour you will be signing a replica of this document BEFORE attending the Haunted Tour. Each party that each ticket is purchased for will be signing the document above and agreeing to a Haunted Tour legal packet that you will sign before the class begins.

What you are about to purchase is NOT known as Ghoul School, Ghoul School Boo Camp or Ghoul School University, it is a tour of the Haunted Tour from 8pm - 11pm on your chosen, desired date. If you are interested in Ghoul School please visit our Ghoul School page for appropriate types of classes.

You must be 18 or over to purchase ticket(s) for this tour. All individuals attending must be 12 years or older. I.D.'s will be asked for and requested at time of class. If you are below the age of 18 please have your parent or legal guardian contact PURE Paranormal at 719-487-4403.

Everyone attending classes are required to bring a photo ID with them stating their full name and age. Only IDs accepted are: state issued IDs, state issued driver's license, military IDs and passports. If you DO NOT bring a photo ID as stated prior and is not one of the IDs requested, you will not be able to attend the class and PURE Paranormal will not be held responsible or liable for such.

PURE Paranormal holds the right to refuse service to anyone. If you show to the tour and are denied the right to take this tour, your money will not be refunded. You will not be allowed to stay on the premises and if you choose to do so proper actions will be taken. PURE Paranormal chooses the right to whom they allow on their tour and who they do not.

No cash will be accepted at all on these tours. We only accept payment via PayPal, we apologize for the inconvenience.

When paying via PayPal, please do not forget to give us two telephone numbers that PURE can reach you at the proper place given.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds will not be given. Dates cannot be changed. Dates cannot be exchanged. Please choose your date wisely before purchasing.

No pets allowed.

We apologize, but our Haunted Tours are not handicap accessible.

If you feel that you have any major medical concerns that will not allow you to properly go on a walking tour, please do not sign up for your own health and well being. If you feel that you have any major medical concerns that will need to be known before your ghost hunt that will not stop you from this adventure, please be sure that you tell members of PURE Paranormal BEFORE you purchase your tickets.
